False advertising on Morkels club competition

I opened an account at morkels in August 2012. January 2013 I discovered that I had won an account clearance in November but untill today the account has not been cleared I am still paying the account. I called customer care they had no idea of what the competition was all about so I decided to go to the store I was told that it has been cleared i asked how is that possible when i'm still paying the account..
