Extremely bad service/attitude

Placed an order for furniture with a 6-8 week leadtime & 50% dep. Every time I send an email requesting an estimated time of arrival I'm told 6-8 weeks as per all orders & that my order will not be delayed. Even 6 weeks into the order they are unable to give me any indication of when I will receive my furniture & only get bad attitude & shouting on email responses. I've asked that the owners contact me but am just told off on email.
Eventually someone phones me to say I will get my furniture 28 March. I request to have it in writing. Nothing. On 26 March I follow up to reconfirm delivery on 28 March & am told the container will only come after Easter & delivery will be prioritised on customers who's payments reflect fully paid. I contact the owners direct on sms on 26 March stating my frustrations & that dealing with them has been the worst experience, further requesting my 50% deposit back or alternatively for them to advise how we resolve this. To date no response from either Ockert or Elri. My order is 2 weeks late & they don't care. They just want 100% upfront payment?
With this type of service attitude you won't get far, and I will most definitely tell everyone to stay away!
