Customer Service Standard Horrifying

I went to Guguletu Square to buy electricity and airtime yesterday 30 October 2013 at 15:20. I was not sure whether I should go to the Money Market or Normal till. I went to the express tills, counter no 3 the cashier. First thing she sat as if she was in her bedroom leaning back on the chair. When I approached her she was not interested to what I was about to say. She just continued with her chat with the other cashiers on till 1 and 2 and another lady wearing black shoprtie uniform and shoprite banner (the thing princess and models wore). I greeted her and ask where can I buy electricity and she just said " there" I was not sure where is "there" and I ask again where and the answer was " I said there" this time point to the kiosk.

I left and I went to Spar to buy my electricity and airtime. This cashier treated me as If I came to borrow money or electricity from her but yet I came to buy. This morning I thought I will ignore this but I felt I should raise it. I could have been a mystery shopper for that matter.
