Waiting over 30min for a store to open

Good day Clicks in Kensington Square in Durban North did not open according to their trading hours. I was only one customer waiting for the store to open but agter 45 min decided to rather leave and take my business elsewhere. The store was supposed to be open at 08:30 but I left at 09:15 with the store still closed this is also not the first time it happened. I will not go to clicks Kensington Square again and I have been a loyal client for some time but if a shop cannot honor their trading hours as advertised I believe that they should not be trading at all. This is extremely bad service as people plan their day around advertised times. Shocking, shocking shocking service
