1 year without a bed

Spent R8000 on a bed that I only slept on twice the past year. We bought the bed Feb 2012 and I'm still sleeping on a mattress. I was sleeping and suddenly I woke up on the floor, the plank that holds the bed had snapped in half. They picked it up and returned it a month later with holes that don't even match with the beds holes and it wasn't even the same wood or color as the bed, sent it back, yet again the plank was too long for the bed and the holes did not match, 3rd time we took this matter to the manager, he arranged for the repair and they only turned the previous reject and drilled holes at the back (the chance of that plank holding a day is very slim), plank is still too long for the bed. I have just had it with furniture city. Please come pick up your excuse of a bed, I don't want that thing if I can't use it!!!
