No stock on camera on sale

Firstly is the service at Game pathetic, stood there at camera department like waiting for someone to help us. Then when I finally got the man's attention he said he worked nightshift and can't help me. Eventually they found there was no stock of the Sony HD camera ons sale and ordered one from Bloemfontein branch, telling me I can collect it friday 3 May. Got there again no service and finally asked the lady there, she just said they haven't received it, its Bloemfontein that is the problem. I will never buy anything from Game again, as the service is very poor and they never have any stock of the products on sale. The staff is also not very helpful in trying to satisfy the customer. Really pathetic, you are seriously damaging your reputation.
