Hi Kerusha

the bed was inspected and the plank/rail was taken and i am now going to my 2week still waiting for them to return it. when they took it i was old it would be sorted by last week tuesday (05/03/2013) it is a disgrace that i still sleep on the floor. i am at a point where i am going to get my attorneys (legal action) and my physio therapist (suffering from back pains) involved and furniture city will have to bear all the costs. oh there are no courtesy calls either, i only got one call last week tuesday.
