Poor after sale service

I have purchased a bed last year from this branch and the planks are all loose, paint coming off and structure is just not good quality. The gentleman i dealt with sent guys out to fix the bed and they came to me with one plank, the wrong size and rushed for time. its been a week and still know word from the branch or the repair guys. the bed has damaged my new mattress and i am really not happy. a waste of my money.
