WHAT RUDE MAN THAT DOES DO WHAT YOU PAY HIM FOR

In September 2012 i forked out R10 000.00 to have my patio in the front covered with pebble paving, loads of promise were made with a 5 year guarantee!!! it was not even two weeks and there were holes starting to show in the paving, so we called them and they came back after a lot of trouble with im in durban, car broke down ect, first week of november i had to call them again as more holes started showing up everywhere, and same excuses, when they finally arrived i was rude yes they were 4 hours late with excuses like you cant undertand, at it takes them two weeks to get to you, in december same story sorry we working out of the country, on the 19/02/2013i finally got through to them again as the holes are now everywhere!! will he not turn around and tell me you can wait a month as you were rude to me!! what kind of service is this!! I will contact my laywers now to get this sorted as he takes advantage of his clietns with no decent after sales services
