Unacceptable Conduct

I was shopping at Zoo York and could not find a specific size in the store and was told to go to Ecko as that was their sister store. when we got to the store we located the item but could still not find a size. we approached the counter and asked for assistance. There were other people in the store who were known to the sales lady as they were busy chatting. She replied to our request but then rolled her eyes and laughed as we left the store. This is unacceptable and in bad taste as she did not display professionalism.
