Terrible service from EDCON (jet club)

My late mom had a funeral cover with Jet which is underwritten by Hollard and she was also a member of jet club, when i first went to Jet to tell them that my mother passed away and that they need to pay. First i was told that her funeral cover was cancelled and i ignored them and spoke to Hollard directly which paid the money in full because Jet was lying about the funeral cover being cancelled, now Jet is refusing to pay the Jet club money, they keep on requesting different documents all the time and every time i give them the documents they request something again, i'm really fed up with their service, they are useless and i'm tired of following them around everyday for a simple thing. Their service is really bad, its very sad to lose a loved one and this comes with financial difficulties and you expect policies to pay in time and assist and i have to say mostly do with the exception of this stupid jet club i would not recommend it to any one, its not helpfull at all but rather useless.
