Accuses Us of Shoplifting

I was in the Mr Price Store at Gateway with my wife & 4 year old child, when my wife took out from the trolley a clinique lipstick that she had bought earlier from truworths & showed it to me demonstrating the color on her hand & asking me what I thought. She then put it back into the box & into the trolley. Upon exiting the store we were stopped by security who asked for our receipt to confirm the items that we bought in store & after checking everything corresponded my wife was asked "where is the lip gloss u took & put into ur pocket', My wife said she knew nothing of what we they talking about & said the only product she had like that was in the trolley was a lipstick bought from truworths & showed the receipt & product, At that point the security insisted on escorting my wife to a back room where she would under go a deeper search, which when I protested & started screaming at guards that they would not take my wife & child away to search because if they wanted to search, we wanted done infront of all the customers who were now standing around us looking at us like, I protested & was physically thrown out of the store with my baby crying, I very upset & am seeking legal Action
