Funeral Cover -No Response

I have recently subscribed to the free funeral cover offered by clicks as I am a club card member. This was over the past weekend of the 30 Nov 2013. To date I still don't have a response as too whether my sms has been accepted or not. The free cover entitled me to a pay out of R7500 for funeral expenses.

I have also sent an email to the clicks website and STILL NO RESPONSE. Is this service for real or not!!!
