Truworths lost my money

Tried paying my debt and truworths customer care said the account has been handed over, when I called the "attorneys" they told me that they are not dealing with truworths anymore and I should pay direct at truworths. Iafter I made two payments in February and March, when I called for my statement they said they cant locate the money in their own bank account. I was told to call the other attorneys and I made payment arrangements, now I want my two payments back and no one is taking accountability. Spoke to Ronnel in legal and have been waiting for her to get back to me for two weeks now. How difficult is it to locate money deposited in an account?
