I would like to express my gratitude to the ladies who assisted me on the 22 /03/2013 from cherkers bayside Zoliswa Tamela and Cindy Sbhene they have been a great help to me when i was in the store as i had bought a present for my wife and i they offered top wrap the present for me and the were very friendly through out the process, to be honest you hardly find people who enjoy their work & still give such an amaizing service. I ve been to most stores and some people will give the attitude as they had a long day what ever the excuse but with the two ladies i had a great shopping experience and i wish all employees can learn one or two thing from them, Never say its not my job or not my dept assist where you can and making sure that they grow the business as customer service is the key to every business growth .thank checkers
