I went to Edgars- Southgate to return make up that I didn't want anymore. When I got there I was rudely told that the cashier for the specific brand is gone to lunch and therefore no one else can assist me. She will be back in an hour and I must come back then. I then decided to go to Edgars-The Glen where I was ignored the first 5 minutes then when I eventually called someone to help me they sheepishly came over and asked me what I needed. The minute I spoke about a purchase return her face just went all sour and she asked me in a rude tone why I wanted to return the product. As fed up as I was by then, I gave her a piece of my mind, she "reversed" the transaction and gave me receipts. Almost 3 weeks later the payment has not reflected in my account and I've had to now take it up with my bank. Nomfusi Ngaleka needs to be trained on customer service because she has no clue what it means.
