The most incompetent staff

Recently i visited the branch to return a shirt, i was unaware of the policy whereby it needs to be returned within 14days. I went to the store 3 weeks later and when i went to customer services i was told that i need to speak to the manager. The manager arrive and started shouting at me telling me i was an incompetent customer for not returning the item on time she than started screaming in her language. Thereafter i wanted to pay my account and was sent from one cashier to another because no one knew how to access my account balance. The managers on duty are very rude towards the customers and the cashiers are insufficiently trained. The managers are incapable of handling situations. There is a way of communicating with customers and if they can not communicate efficiently why the are they managers. I hate going to this store but due to convenience I'm forced to go to Crown Mines. Please train your managers and staff to be more professional and helpful to customer as without customers they will not get paid there salary.
