Poor Food Quality and Pathetic Customer Service

On the 08-July 2013 i visited your Shallcross branch and was served by Deshan. I ordered F/Treat 8piece and 8 zinger wings. When i got home it looked like you guys serve birds instead of chicken. The pieces were extremely small. I took it back to the store and Deshan decides to argue instead of resolving the problem. He is the worst cashier i have ever dealt with and needs to be trained on how to provide customer services. I asked for a manager and none came to me. Another staff member by the name of Amanda comes with the managers solution to replace my chicken. When i left the store my 8 zinger wings was 4 and that really me off however i did not have the time to go back there for the 3rd time and deal with the incompetent staff. The service at the store was really putrid and horrid. All i wanted was a good meal that i paid for and this was not provided to me. As a customer i will not recommend this branch to any of my friends and family and will post this on all social media sites
