Undelivered Goods

I purchased goods from [URL Removed] and they were dispatched from the warehouse on 19 March. I later received a call from Berco express confirming delivery for 20 March but the goods were never delivered.
On 22 march i received a call from the delivery personnel telling me that he is in my vicinity and asked for directions. I gave him directions but he never showed up.

[URL Removed] was prompt in processing my order but now their name will be tainted because of their choice of courier service
