Pay extra in order to purchase?

I took my son to buy a pair of soccer boots at Totalsports, Blue Route. They did not have his size, but sourced a pair at Canal Walk. I was told I could go to Canal Walk and buy them, or pay R30 for an inter-store transfer! Surely the R699 is enough for me to have to pay, must I still pay an extra R30 in order to get the goods? What happened to customer service? Maybe I should go look elsewhere!! Fed up!!!
