Lack of Service

I was absolutely appalled by the service, or rather lack thereof, at the Canal Walk branch on Sunday. While I waited for about 10 minutes just before 2:30pm for somebody to assist me with running shoes, no less than 5 staff members were standing around talking and laughing amongst themselves not far from me. I eventually left without making the purchase as I had absolutely no assistance and was, at that point, quite livid. It was an absolute waste of time. In hindsight, I should actually have taken a photo. With this sort of shocking customer service I am presumably not the only customer whose purchases Totalsports will be forfeiting. I have sent a complaint directly via their website contact form but have received no response. It would seem that a lack of customer service may be a trend for them.
