Delivered a damaged item and promised to get me a new one when they couldn't get it then promised me refund and. They changed said no refund but I must take another item and now they want to repair the same one they told me it cannot be repaired. Managers have been changing like I change my socks in that Branch Russells Volksrust so each manager will tell /promise me different things
