Paymnet not showing

I made a payment via internet banking on the 29 like i always use it to pay my accounts, went to MrPrice Jabulani Mall to buy clothes for my son, and they told me when I got to the till that the funds are not showing, I explained to themand the guy said I should come back on monday I did but it was still not reflecting. I phoned the Head Office and they old they have received the poayment but what suprisses me why is it not showing when i get tto te store, is just annoying for me as is a waste of my time and petrol.
