Made payments on 17 Des to total amount of R560 000 . 3 of these accounts are Stand bank accounts. On 18 December the money was not showing in one of the beneficiary accounts. Phoned call centre. First guy said he would send me email address where I should get statements to proof that the money is not showing in the accounts. A mistake made by Standard Bank but now I have to waste my time to get statements from my clients to show that the money is not showing in their accounts. Secondly he said he would get a manager to phone me back which never happened and he would also send me a email address where I should send the email which I never received. He would try and give feedback within an hour!!! I put the phone down in his ear. Phoned call centre again 40 minutes later after NO FEEDBACK. The lady I spoke just kept asking me what I want her to do??? I want to know what happened to my MONEY! I swore and her and said I want the money to show in my account and she put the phone down in my ea
