Payment still not reflecting on account

I paid my foschini account via internet banking on the 30th September. I have called the customer care centre aswell as spoken to people over the phone from the electronic payments dept. but my payment still not reflecting. I have emailed Helena my bank statement showing the payment but still no joy. I am tired of talking to incompetant people and quite frustrated at the service that I have recieved as no one can help me resolve this. To call the call center is horrific as the hold times are terrible and when I do speak to some one they cant help. This will now reflect badly on my credit file as when i paid my new instalment its showing that i am in arreas.
