I spoke to Tsepo (tel 012 673 3800 during the week of 11 January 2013 after my new Firidge (one month old) started freezing up.
He promised twice after I followed up that somebody would phone me to assess the problem with the fridge. To date, after a week, nobody has responded. Makro also sell extended warranties very aggressively but cannot even honour a claim within the first month after purchase?
