Never got my prize

I won the September 2012 issues TFG club magazine's sudoko prize of a R500 voucher and then after i phoned them at 021 938 7598/7817 to claim my prize, after trying to get trough to them for a week i finaly got trough to someone at extension 7598, she could not help me and said the person at extension 7817 will call me back, but she never did, and after trying again and again i got through to her, then she said shes waiting for the prizes and it will come in a week, that was in December 2012, then she is going to post it, im still waiting...
