I have been waiting for the Samsung fridge for 3 weeks which was on special at Makro, since the first week I enquired about the fridge I was told to wait for Friday they are out of stock, I have been calling Rita non-stop about an update but she keeps telling me the same answer each and every week. I then called the call centre and I spoke to Yolanda. She promised to call me back once she has found out from their supplier till today I am waiting. I also complained on their Makro website, someone called me after hours which I did not get the name, he promised to call me the following day, when he called the following day he promised to check with other branches and come back to me which he never did. I called Rita again whom she refered me to her manager, the person who answered the phone told me the manager is in a meeting but I must leave my details she will call me back. It's towards the end of the day but I am still waiting. What kind of a service is this?
