Poor Service & No Delivery

Placed an paid an order on 6 March 2013 - Acc: GLO018, only to follow up every second day and finally recieved a call on 27 March to say that we can Collect for no delivery can be made. Sent somebody to collect sealled boxes so took their word that all stock is inside and ready for our Durban client. Received an email on 2 April form Latisha stating that there is still 2 shirts there and should collect. I told her we don't have drivers and should ask our agent for delivery only to hear that they would post it for Pretoria is to far - the post offices is still striking!
