Pathetic excuse for service delivery!!!

I am very unhappy on the 1st of May I went into Postnet after booking my SAP clearance on the 11th of April, I have been so distraught at the actions of the manager that I have finally no choice but to post here.

I spoke with Jerome to find out when I could collect my clearance after charging me R700 he first of all had a bout of amnesia as he couldnt remember who I was after speaking to me a mere 30 minutes prior, he calls back and tells me exactly what I had originally told him (I called in to tell him to collect the clearance as it was ready, again doing his job for him). To my dismay I went to collect and Jerome had opened my letter and removed my clearance and also had damaged the document which he passed the buck and claimed that how he recieved it. He then handed my document to me in front of his assistant and another client which I am very sure is against the law for anyone to go through private mail. I have escalated this issue to customer service at Postnet and nothing has been done. Pathetic service and I will now follow this up with Customer protection act as this is a breach of my privacy.

I will also ensure to go to the local papers about this criminal!
