On 23 January I received a sms stating that my credit card was awaiting collection at Fourways post office.
Yesterday, 30 January I had not yet received a slip in my post box requesting collection so I went to the post office. I completed a form but they would not help as I did not have a CCI no. This number only appears on the advice from S A Post Office which I have not received!! I have had very little post this year as the post box delivery has been changed from Bryanston to Lonehill to the Magaliessig post boxes and the Lonehill service delivery is pathetic!
How can I collect my credit card?? I tried the customer service no. 0860111502 and after waiting for an hour hung up. I have also sent an email to them (customer care) but they do not seem to read their emails.
