CLOTHING DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Hi there,

In the beginning of June 2013, we ordered Uniforms from Smat clothing for our staff, at the time we were told the waiting period will be 2-3 weeks for all orders weather it be special orders or not. They hounded us for the monies, because according to them, they could not start with making the clothing without same. So, we gave them the money so that they can start with making the uniforms.

It has now been 3 months and ever since then we have been receiving our clothing in drips and drabs, waiting for weeks on end, plus the clothing lining is not even properly done, it is skew, then we have to send it back to them to correct and wait for another loooong period of time for the stuff to return back to us

Every week we follow up on the order and every week we get a different excuse.
To put the cherry on top, we have to follow up with them, they do not even have the decency to keep in contact with us on how far on long the order will take should there be a delay in delivery after we have been given a delivery date.

I would not recommend them to anyone as their service is absolutely terrible.

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO THERE COMPANY!!!
