Poor customer service no follow through on queires

I logged a complaint last year about damaged goods that I had received from furniture city, I had a response and the furniture was exchange in May 2012 if I'm not mistaken, however when they came to exchange the furniture they did not have stock of the coffee table or which they could not extend it. they promise to deliver as soon as they have, I have been following up to no avail now the warehouse is claiming to have closed my complaint without having delivered all the goods. how can they do that. I'm still waiting it's over a year now I even said to the shop manage Peter at the time that I was willing to accept any coffee table to the same value. he promise to make a plan unfortunately for me he doesn't work for furniture city anymore and now the records have disappeared with him as the shop claims not to have any record of my complaint. it took them over 12 months to attend to my 1st complaint now I'm almost done paying theR 47000 that I owed but still sitting with a damaged coffee table which was damaged from the beginning. I got help after complaining on Hello peter the last time so I'm hoping for some assistance again as this is my last hope . shop shifting blame to warehouse
