Service is lacking

I was looking for a burner oil that I could see was out of stock. I wanted to inquire if they might have in back stock or when will they get a new order. The shop was full of client's and there was two sales staff at the counter, one was ringing up the sales and the other was watching her from the side. I was clearly waiting to be noticed. The one staff member left to go to the back and I noticed that more staff was in the back while there was a shop full of clients with no staff on the floor. I gave up on waiting as no one was interested in assisting or noticing me, my inquiry would not have taken have a minute to address. Again staff service in the waterfront as per usual. I expected more for a will known Brand.
