Damaged goods and bad attitude of sales staff

I bought 2 tops that were on special at Vertigo for R299 on the 18th January 2013. I wore one of the knitted tops once and noticed that the stiches were coming off. I then took it to Vertigo on the 30th January and left it with them, a staff member (Wesley) promised to look for the top in other branches and said he would call back which he never did. I went back to the shop to follow up and Phumlani promised that they would follow up. I still don't have the top and it's almost two months now. I have been to the shop more three times now and nothing has been done frankly it seems that they don't care. The staff is not very helpful and they have a bad attitude.
