Salty Salty Sausage

I shop at Checkers almost every day of my life. I usually shop at Durbanville, but often visit Willow bridge and Cobble Walk. It is always difficult to know which one will have the best prices today as they all differ, especially with meat prices.

On the 25 March I went to the Willow Bridge store and found a great bargain! Karoo Wors for R29.99 per KG. I know that Durbanville sells them at R49.99, ao I took 4 packets, because this sausage is not bad at all and i use it a lot. I used 2 packets on Thursday to make boerewors rolls for other people. I didn't have any myself and didn't receive any feedback from them. The other 2 I used for myself on the Easter Weekend. They were so salty that I hardly had any of it and had to cook something else. Now, I don't mind salt, in fact I quite like salt, but this was just too much. obviously someone suspected something was wrong, but instead of taking it from the shelves they decided to sell it at a special price! if that is what you do to cover up problems, i do not want to know what else is happening in the back of your supermarkets!!

Really??!!
