In June 2013 I ordered cast pots via online shopping, without any hassle the pots were delivered at my workplace. Upon receipt of of pots, I discovered one was broken (big oval roaster). I called Home choice to notify them about this, I was then told that I had to return the pot via post. On the 25th of June I posted the pot to Home choice. Since I thought I could trust Home choice to return my pot in time, I proceeded to make my monthly payments towards the pots. On 21/08/2013 I called Home choice to enquire about the progress, I was told the pot was with the assessors and I will receive feedback shortly. Unfortunately to date 17/09/2013 I still haven't received and form of feedback. I am really dissatisfied with this level of service. For how long should I wait to receive the pot which I am paying for? I am very reluctant to buy any other items from Homechoice. This was my first shopping experience with Home choice and I think it will be last...
