Sipho and Xolani - Pathetic "customer" service

I had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with Sipho and Xolani at Builder's Warehouse and received shockingly poor service ranging from disinterest, rudeness and making up policies that were different to other branches. These two individuals need to take a course in customer service and do not deserve to be employed.
