Xolani gives my sister a run around

Alice Ndlovu ID No (891031 0412 087) worked with Xolani on new accounts between May and June 2012. However she still hasn't received the money owed to her. Xolani asked her to send him her banking details of which she did, but to date she has not received a cent. He has been promising to get back to her but he never did. Now Xolani is not reachable on the phone, my sister doesn't have a job hence i'm writting this complaint on her behalf. It's been over a year now, this very unfair practice.
