Pathetic Customer Service

I called Edgars East Rand Mall on 3 times before anyone answered the phone. I asked to be put through to cosmetics which I was and it took about 8 minuted for someone to answer the phone there. When they did the person on the other side just put the phone down on me. I then called back and there was once again NO ANSWER. The customer service is pathetic!!!
