Ad repairs

I took my shoes in for repairs on the 26th march and fetched them yesterday. Lucas was fixing the soles and ruined my shoes in the process with the grinder and this does not sit well with me and I had to pay a full price for that botched job. I need to know how can I get remedy for this?
