Kurt Geiger now making Poor Quality Shoes??

I have always been a Kurt Geiger shoes fan because of the quality and durability of their shoes. I therefore only buy shoes by KG. I however am very disappointed with the last pair I bought last which was some time early this year. The soles of the shoes finished within four months and shortly after that the base of the shoes started cracking and I could not even wear them anymore. It is very frustrating to by shoes for so much money and not get your moneys worth and. I could have bought 5 pairs of cheaper shoes with that money and gotten more life out of them than I did with KG this time.
Is this what KG has turned into because if it is then I will never spend my money on their products ever again.

I am very dissapointed!
