I HAVE NO WORDS

I dropped off the shoes in August and I was eventually told there will be sent for repairs and it will take a week. Till to today almost a month later, I still don't have my shoes after numerous calls, it still the same story about the shoes being sent to a workshop for repairs. I have no words anymore.
