Shoes not fixed properly

I paid for my shoes to get repaired but i have a shoe that i cannot wear as i am not satisfied with the repair. my tips were replaced but it is clear that they were a replacement and i asked my shoes to be glued but they came back worse than when i actually took them in.
when i went back to the store the assistant told me to pay the R40 or take my shoes and leave, yet i was given a quote which i paid thinking it covered everything including my shoes being glued... i thought i would get the best service yet i regret taking my shoes to multi serve Jabulani.
