Kapruka Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
Horrible Service Very Unprofressional

I have been trying for weeks to order coconut oil, but the feedback is so SLOW. I tried to request a collection at the premises of Kapruka - Serendip Trading CC | 7 Mostert Street | Philadelphia, 7304 - but to no avail. They insist on courier delivery. First I was quoted R400 per 5L tub and then R150 for courier. I said I would rather collect as it's close to me. The courier rate was then suddenly changed to R45. I requested an invoice which I never received. I then sms'd the number on the Kapruka website requesting an invoice and the person then changed the price to R500 per 5L tub and wanted to provide me with his/hers PRIVATE banking details. I have not come accross such unprofessionalism in a long time. I am extremely dissappointed.
