Visa's could have been collected the day before. I had to collect the Visas from their offices and deliver them myself to Pretoria on a Friday afternoon.

I requested to be compensated for doing their work for them.

Hi Don,

I have spoken to my Manager about a possible discount on the invoice. Our service fee is charged for delivery to, and collection from the embassy. We actually deliver free of charge back to our clients provided they are within a 60km radius from central Johannesburg. You do fall into this radius and we would have delivered to you at no charge but unfortunately due to the late collection and the fact that you needed the passports back so much earlier, this didn't leave us with enough time to get this back to you.

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we will not be able to give you any discount on this invoice. Even clients who send their documents by courier and send a courier to collect from our offices do still pay our full service fee.
