Horrible attitude, insulting competitors?

I recently wanted to purchase Gelish supplies for my wife, as she has gone Gelish crazy. I got hold of a Sparkle rep (eventually) who was meant to get back to me. Two weeks later - after I'd ordered from Salon Supply Store - the rep came back to me. When I told her I'd already placed an order with Salon Supply Store, she went ballistic and told me the site was illegal and a hoax. This made me VERY nervous about my order. Needless to say, the goods arrived today, they are 100% genuine and in perfect condition. I can't believe how desperate the Sparkle Cosmetics rep was to have to outright about a competitor. I mean, how desperate and scared do you have to be to pull a stunt like that? Seriously not cool, Sparkle Cosmetics should be ashamed of themselves!
