I am very displeased with the service I have received at Beares in Carnival Mall,

A month ago I purchased a bed at Beares and told the salesperson that I want the bed delivered to my house the following week.
I waited and waited but there was no response - I decided to call them and they told me that they are still organising transport. I was baffled!!
The following morning I decided to arrange my own transport to collect the bed - I called them and spoke to the BRANCH MANAGER who told me that I
can come and collect the bed the same day. When I got to Beares to collect the bed, one of the sales people told me that the bed is not in stock!!!

I calmed down and we sorted that out - they gave me another bed which was in stock but was R1000.00 more than the one I bought for the same price.

When I got to my place that night the base of the bed was making a squeaky noise - I went back and told them what was happening with that bed and they assured me that they will send someone to come and look at the bed.

The person came and looked at the bed and told me that they will replace the base of the bed.

It has been 3 weeks now and no response has been given to me. I had to c
