On the 9th September 2013, I asked Beares to collect my lounge set which I purchased in January this year as the recliners were having issues. According to the repairs dept, they stated that the set would take no more than 2 weeks to be sent back to me.

I then received a call from their repairs dept 2 weeks later, with a guy telling me that they have ''OUTSOURCED'' their repairs to an external company in Johannesburg as the local guys are charging Beares TOO MUCH!

Upon receiving no feedback from Beares, I call back in the 3rd week, being 26/09/2013, only to be told that THE LOUNGE SET IS STILL SITTING IN DURBAN WAITING TO BE SENT TO JOHANNESBURG! And they would send it through on the weekend.

I was in utter SHOCK AND DISGUST that this is the kind of service a large company like Beares offers their clients. Imagine being told that they find it too expensive to have repairs done in Durban, that is suppose to be my problem, and having a 4 week wait with action only taking place AFTER my call to them FOUR WEEKS LATER!!!

Lets just say that I WILL NEVER BE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN as it is very clear what customer service means to them.
