Beares
Waiting since last year for Beares to collect!!

Last year Nov I bought a Goma-goma Lounge suit from the Claremont branch and the goods were delivered faulty. I got in touch with the branch the next day and i was promised they would come and fetch the goods. Its been 6 months now and i'm still waiting. I've been to the branch on more than two occasions and they always promise me they will come within the same week. The salesman told me they waiting for the suppliers to get back to them and when i called a few days after that i was told a different story.

All i'm asking is for Beares to come collect the goods and send me brand new goods or CANCEL the contract i have with them then i will buy the sofas somewhere else.
